When FTL jumping into an underdeveloped planetary system, preferred inserion point is 100… sorry, 144, solar diameters above the clockwise rotational pole. South, I think you call it?
Preferred holding orbit is polar, as it tends to be less used by satellites, but slow enough that one should be able to figure things out before risking observation

The outer torus Is going to take a while, so I’m just making sure the lighting is consistent at this point - and the portals. Redid all 36 pairs to full width.
The inner torus is primarily habitation - read bedrooms. 80 96 in the ring, each 6mx3m (10ftx20ft) - extravagance. But one of it’s potential missions was supposed to be becoming an embassy.

I asked for a second opinion and got a prescription of a new ‘do
original character design + character sheet commission of a space slime crew member of the client's original world / story. i designed this one going off the idea that i wanted to make a masculine presenting slime, since the majority of the cast is femme presenting - but i still gave him a previous "female form" too, to try and fit in with the story lore. ^^ good luck in your new home, mister slime!
